Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ReqPad ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

ReqPad is a mobile API client that allows you to:

  • Create and send HTTP/REST requests
  • Test WebSocket, GraphQL, gRPC, Socket.IO, and MQTT connections
  • Organize requests into collections
  • Manage environment variables

Use of the App

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the App to send requests to systems you are not authorized to access
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt servers or networks
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The API requests you create and send
  • Ensuring you have authorization to access target systems
  • Any data you transmit through the App
  • Compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms of service

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Premium Features

ReqPad offers both free features and premium features available through subscription.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Your Content

You retain ownership of the API requests, collections, and other content you create. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content, as it is stored locally on your device.

Disclaimers

"As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

API Interactions

We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or performance of third-party APIs you access
  • Any data loss resulting from API interactions
  • Responses or errors from external services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms in the App
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or us
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
